1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — please check our website for current offers.
4. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. CorePicks is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@CorePicks.store and we will do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched.
